POINT's mission entails manufacturing and selling furniture and accessories for homes, hotels and gardens all over the world, the result of a complex design process, always acting with the utmost care, cost-effectiveness, flexibility and innovation, striving to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and employees while instilling in them the confidence of dealing with a professional organisation, by way of effective work processes that guarantee the cost-effectiveness of operations and investments.

We are INNOVATION: an international outdoor furniture company present in more than 70 countries, with more than 40 collections and 300 products used in more than 1,000 interior design projects around the world.

We are ARTISANS: POINT's success is the result of a combination of craftsmanship, tradition and the never-ending search for excellence in the quality of our products. Outdoor furniture designed thanks to the commitment and passion of our designers and our professional artisans, whose families have been with us since 1920, from one generation to the next.

We are DESIGN: POINT has teamed up with a long list of designers who have contributed their talent and ideas to the company's catalogue. 

POINT approaches the Quality and Environmental System as a way of organising its business activity, supported by basic pillars such as the Quality of its Service and Processes, all as a result of Continuous Improvement.

Therefore, the Management has drawn up the Quality and Environmental System, in accordance with the requirements of the International Standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE EN ISO 14001:2015 with the following scope: 

Design, manufacture and distribution of outdoor elements and furniture.

As a strategic and priority objective, its foundations and commitments are based on fulfilling the following points:

We endeavour to offer a top-quality service, a key and necessary factor in the long-term future of our Company. This factor and the continuous improvement thereof, shall be the responsibility of each and every one of POINT's employees, assuming the ongoing commitment for the fulfillment of the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, in the work they perform. For this reason, the Management shall devote the necessary resources so that, through training, the Quality and Environmental Objectives can be successfully achieved. 
Implement sustainable consumption and optimal control of waste generated by our activity, as a fundamental basis to foster our company's commitment to environmental protection and pollution prevention while maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with the environment around us. 
Quality is based on a Continuous Improvement Plan for the service provision processes and the efficiency of the Quality and Environmental System alike, in which preventing errors is of the utmost importance.
Come across as a Company focused on improving customer and stakeholder satisfaction, for which we will train staff in this area while fostering active participation. 
Prevent and reduce the impacts and risks arising from our activities as a result of the services provided to our customers.
Boost the Company's overall performance and efficiency, taking into account customers' needs and the evolution thereof. To this end, the Company's strategy and the fulfillment of the Objectives shall be reviewed periodically, with the principles adopted herein as the reference framework.

This commitment calls for collaborative and participatory attitudes at all levels and, to this end, information, communication and improving employee competence are of the utmost importance.
